ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first and second respondents to give police protection to the petitioner and her family members for her life and limb, by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 02.07.2022.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that due to property dispute between the petitioners's husband and the respondents 3 to 6, they were trying to encroach the property. In order to protect and save the property, the petitioner gave several petitions before the Revenue Department. The Sub Collector has passed an order that the petitioner has to approach the Civil Court for her remedies. In order to protect her rights, the petitioner gave a representation before the respondent Police on 02.07.2022. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that based on the representation of the petitioner dated 02.07.2022, summons has 2/4

been issued to the party for enquiry.

4.Recording the said submissions, the second respondent is hereby directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 02.07.2022 and take suitable actions on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
