No.710 of 2020 Disposed by the Hon'ble Court on 06/05/2022 enhancing the compensation amount - Additional Court Fee equivalent to the enhanced compensation - called for - regarding. ----- CMA(MD). No.710 of 2020, filed against the award dated 02/12/2019 made in M.C.O.P. No.693 of 2014, on the file of the learned Motor Accident Claims Tribunal/ Principal District Judge, Dindigul, has been Allowed by the Hon'ble High Court, on 06/05/2022 enhancing the compensation awared by the Court below. The Decree in the said C.M.A is ready for dispatch. However, since the Additional Court Fee equivalent to the enhanced compensation amount has not been paid, the Decree could not be dispatched till date.
