2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the final report has been filed on 11.03.2021 itself. As and when the cognizance is taken and summons are issued to the petitioner, it is open to the petitioner to move this Court again for relief. All the contentions and defences of the petitioner are left open. This Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
