ORDER

The Criminal Original Petitions have been filed challenging the impugned F.I.R in Crime No.90 of 2020, registered under Section 120 (b), 225(a), 419 of IPC, on the file dated 09.03.2020.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that since the first respondent completed investigation and filed a final report and the same has been taken cognizance in C.C.No.12 of 2022 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Sattur, the matter has become infructuous.

3. In view of the above submission, the Criminal Original Petitions are dismissed as infructuous. However, the petitioners are at liberty to challenge the charge sheet in manner known to law, if so advised. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
