This writ petition has been filed to issue a writ of Certiorari to quash the impugned order passed by the second respondent in Na.Ka.A1/986/2016 dated 29.08.2016, vide which, the petitioner has been asked to attend the meeting on 07.09.2016, without enclosing any documents other than the enquiry report of the District Panchayat Secretary, dated 16.06.2015, as directed by https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

this Court in W.P.(MD)No.12971 of 2016, dated 22.07.2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

3. It is a common knowledge that the posts of President, Vice President, etc., are no more in existence and therefore, this Court is of the view that no further order is required in this petition. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. But, it is made clear that it is always open to the respondents to initiate appropriate legal action against misappropriation of public funds, if any. No costs.
