2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent. 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered. The time for surrender and to execute one blood surety is extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
