This Writ Petition is filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus forbearing the respondents from giving permission or police protection and police protection to stage protest against the petitioner in any form in Karambakudi Town and in Pudukottai District regarding obscene conversation, by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 21.08.2016. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Heard Mr.S.Malaikani, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.K.P.Krishna Doss, learned Government Advocate, who takes notice for the respondents.

3. Considering the nature of prayer sought for in this Writ Petition and without going into the merits of the case, this Court directs the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitoner dated 21.08.2016 on merits and in accordance with law and take a final decision within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
