This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the respondent police not to interfere with the civil dispute in respect of the S.No.1559/7 and 1561/2 situates in Vilpatti, Kodaikanal, Dindigul District. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) would submit that as of now no complaint/no petition is pending against the petitioner.
