ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner in the name of enquiry.
2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, there was no representation for the petitioner.
3.According to the petitioner due to property dispute between the petitioner and the defacto complainant, the defacto complainant made a complaint to the second respondent police. Based on the compliant, the second respondent police continuously harassed the petitioner under guise of enquiry.
4. Heard, Mr.K.M.Anbunithi, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

5. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that 1/2
Crl.O.P(MD)No.10625 of 2019 based on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, enquiry was undertaken in C.S.R.No.231 of 2019 and the same was closed on 13.02.2019 by observing that it is a purely civil dispute.
6. In view of the above submission, nothing survives for further consideration in this matter. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
