ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to direct the second respondent to give necessary police protection to the petitioner and his family members for their life and limb by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 19.07.2022 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is the owner of the property in Survey No.246/1A to the extent of 38 Cents and Well measuring 7 cents in Naranapuram, Vasuthevanallur, Sivagiri Taluk, Tenkasi District. The third respondent is having property to the extent of 1 1⁄2 cents in eastern side of the petitioner's property. Taking advantage of the same, the 3rd and 4th respondents gave troubles and threatened the petitioner. Hence, he gave a complaint before the respondent police for providing police protection, but so far no action was taken. Therefore, he filed this petition for seeking police protection.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the respondent police has recevied the represenation, dated 19.07.2022 given by the petitioner and it is under enquiry. 2/4
4.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the second respondent is directed to consider the petitioners' representation, dated 19.07.2022 and take suitable action on merits within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With a above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
