Government of Uttar Pradesh & others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1 as expeditiously as possible within the time stipulation as prescribed by this Court.

O R D E R

This petition has been filed directing the respondents to take appropriate action, on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner dated 11.08.2021.

2. The petitioner had sent a complaint dated 11.08.2021 to the respondents 1 and 2 against her sister and her husband. Since no action has been taken by the respondents 1 and 2 so far, the petitioner had filed this writ petition before this Court.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that the petitioner's complaint was enquired and now, the dispute was settled between the parties. He further submitted that during the course of enquiry, it was found that the dispute is purely civil in nature and the parties are advised to approach the concerned Civil Court for seeking appropriate relief and thereafter, the complaint was closed.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that no closure report was served to the petitioner so far.

5. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Writ Petition is closed. No Costs.
