This writ petition is filed seeking for police protection to the petitioner and his family members, by considering his representations dated 27.08.2016 and 29.08.2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing on behalf of the respondents.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) submitted that the petitioner shall approach the second respondent police with necessary documents and the second respondent police will give protection only to the life and limb of the petitioner and their family members.

4. Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate, this writ petition is disposed of. The second respondent shall take action on the representations of the petitioner dated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
