ORDER
The tenant has filed the revision petition, questioning the order made in I.A.No.37 of 2018 in R.C.O.P.No.49 of 2017 on the file of the learned Rent Controller / Principal District Munsif, Thoothukudi.
2.Only an appeal would lie against such an order before the Appellate Authority. Therefore, the learned counsel fairly submits that he would avail the appeal remedy.
3.The Counsel would further submits that the matter is posted for eviction tomorrow (27.09.2018). Since, the revision petitioner is relegated to avail the appellate remedy, the proceedings in R.C.O.P.No.49 of 2017 on the file of the Principal District Munsif Court / Rent Controller, Thoothukudi, shall be put on hold for a period of three weeks from today.
4.Recording the said submission, this Civil Revision Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
