RESPONDENTS Writ Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned proceedings of the 3rd respondent in Audit Slip 2021-22 No.39 dated 08.03.2023 and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the respondents to process the

petitioners pension, retirement and other applicable benefits based on his present pay and disburse the same within the period that may be stipulated by this Honble Court.
