2. The petitioner seeks removal of the joint pattadars from the petition-mentioned patta.

3. I wanted to know as to why they should have been impleaded. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that they appear to be no more. If that be so, their legal heirs will have to be put on notice and heard.

4. I direct the third respondent to dispose of the petition-mentioned representation and pass final order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. The third respondent shall put all the interested parties on notice before passing final order. It is open to the third respondent to pass order one way or the other.
