O R D E R

The Writ Petition has been filed seeking a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order U.Mi.Poo/E.Ka/Maya/Va.oo/Koo.Complaint/A.No:52/21, dated 13.08.2021 passed by the second respondent and quash the same and consequently, direct the second respondent forthwith to provide new electricity service connection for the petitioner's house bearing Door No.212 in Survey No.233/35 Mayanur Village, Karur District.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that since the petitioner has not paid the necessary charges and that since the third respondent has raised objections, the petitioner's application was ordered to be rejected and that the petitioner may be directed to give fresh application and if such 2/5

application is filed, the respondents 1 and 2 may be directed to consider the same after giving notice to the third respondent.

3. Heard the learned counsel on either side and also perused the records.

4. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel on either side, the petitioner is at liberty to give fresh application to the second respondent and if such application is received, the second respondent is directed to give notice to the third respondent and consider the same and pass orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the representation.

5. With the above directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
