Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the impugned order in Na.Ka.No. 25/Se.mu.Aa/Kaa.Thu.Ka/Serai/2017 dated 04.04.2017 of the second respondent and to quash the same, consequently directing the second respondent to grant permission and necessary protection to perform the cultural programme (ie.) Innisai Katcheri on 10.04.2017 in the eve of Arulmigu Santhanamariamman Kovil Panguni Uthira Thiruvizha at Sadaiyappapuram Village, Mukkudal, Tirunelveli District. For Petitioner : No appearance For Respondents : Mr.T.S.Mohammed Mohideen, Additional Government Pleader.

[Order of the Court was made by A.SELVAM, J.] This Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to call for records relating to the impugned order dated 04.04.2017 passed by the second respondent and quash the same and also for giving necessary direction to the second respondent to give permission for conducting Innisai Katcheri in the place mentioned therein, by way of issuing a Writ https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
of Certiorarified Mandamus.
2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner is not present.
3.Mr.T.S.Mohammed Mohideen, learned Additional Government Pleader, has taken notice for the respondents. 4.It is seen from the records that a representation has been given by the petitioner and the same has been rejected by the second respondent by way of saying that all the community people will insist to sing songs in respect of their community. 5.Considering the reason given by the second respondent, this Court is inclined to pass the following order. 6.In fine, this Writ Petition is allowed in part without costs and the impugned order dated 04.04.2017 passed by the second respondent is quashed. The second respondent is directed to look into the representation alleged to have been given by the petitioner and pass suitable orders on merits within a period of two days.
