Since the learned counsel has placed on record the Surplus Teachers List prepared by the third respondent for the year 2025-2026 in respect of the sixth respondent School, where the petitioner is working, and submitted that since the petitioner's name is not found in the said list, the grievance of the petitioner has 2/5

been redressed. He would, therefore, submit that after recording the said fact, this writ petition can be disposed of.

2. After recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of. However, in case, it becomes necessary for the petitioner to redress her grievance in the near future for a similar relief, she is granted liberty to work out her remedy in the manner known to the petitioner under law. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
