This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent police not to harass the petitioner and her family members.

2. According to the petitioner, based on the complaint given by the third respondent, under the guise of conducting enquiry, the second respondent police is harassing the petitioner. In the above circumstances, the present criminal original petition has been filed.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions would submit that based on the complaint given by the third respondent, now the second respondent police has registered a F.I.R. against the petitioner in Crime No.18 of 2019 for the offences under Sections 120(B), 419, 465, 468, 471 and 420 of I.P.C. and the investigation is pending.

4. Considering the fact that already F.I.R. has been registered against the petitioner, the relief sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted at this stage. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
