PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent board to pass final order appointing the Trustees to the M.K.N.Madarasa Trust of Adhiramapattinam in terms of the directions of this Court in W.A.(MD).No.1100 of 2015, dated 26.11.2015.

[Order of the Court was made by T.S.SIVAGNANAM,J] This writ petition has been filed for a Mandamus directing the respondent board to pass final order appointing the Trustees to the M.K.N.Madarasa Trust of Adhiramapattinam in terms of the directions of this Court in W.A.(MD).No.1100 of 2015, dated 26.11.2015.

2. We find from the typed set of documents that there is no representation made by the petitioner to the Tamil Nadu Wakf Board before approaching this Court. In any event, the Tamil Nadu Government is yet to constitute a Wakf Board and in a Public https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Interest Litigation, a direction has been issued to the Government to constitute a Wakf Board within a period of 2 months. Therefore, the writ petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Wakf Board as and when it is constituted. No costs.
