O R D E R

The petitioner has come forward with the present Writ Petition for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to dispose of petitioner's proposal, dated 27.09.2017.

2. Ms.S.Srimathi, the learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that it would suffice if the proposal sent by the petitioner, dated 27.09.2017 is disposed of in accordance with law, by the 1st https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondent, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 4.In view of the limited scope of the prayer, without going into the merits of the matter, the Authority concerned is directed to dispose of the proposal submitted by the petitioner, dated 27.09.2017, in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, pass appropriate orders within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if there are no legal impediments.

5.With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
