O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 3 to 5 herein to implement the order of the 1st respondent to reclassify as Ryotwari Punja land instead of Natham in S.F.No. 362/A1C1 and S.F.No. 362/A1C2 to an extent of 0.82 1/2 in patta no. 121 situated at Paganatham Village, Karur District and consequently direct to issue computer patta within a time stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate leader appearing for the official respondents.

3. The petitioner submitted a representation to the official respondents seeking rectification of mistake in the UDR and for issuance of patta, which was considered by the first respondent and a positive order was passed. However, the said order has not been implemented by 2/5

the respondents 3 to 5. Hence, the petitioner has sent a representation to the respondents 3 to 5. Since no action has been taken on the said representation, the petitioner is before this Court with this writ petition.

4. Learned Government Advocate, appearing for the official respondents, submits that the case of the petitioner's would be considered by the respondents 3 to 5 within a time stipulated by this Court.

5. In view of the above submissions, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents 3 to 5 to consider the petitioner's representation 08.05.2024, conduct enquiry by hearing all the parties and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Needless to say, if any rival claims, the same shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the civil Court. There shall be no order as to costs.
