The writ petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the Respondents from passing detention order against the petitioner's husband namely Rajan @ Santhairajan under any of Preventive Detention Laws on the basis of her representation dated 31.08.2016.

2. The learned Government Advocate would submit that the petitioner's husband was already detained under Act, 14 of 1982, dated 08.09.2016.
