ORDER

This writ petition has been filed, seeking to direct the first respondent to take disciplinary action against the second respondent as requested in the petitioner's representation dated 03.08.2016.

2.The grievance of the petitioner is that during May 2012, she was entrusted with the work of selling applications for B.E/B.Tech Courses, by the Principal of the 2nd respondent College, as per the guidelines dated 07.05.2012 in Lr.No.306/EA3/2012. Accordingly, she had sold the applications as directed by the Principal. However, she was not honoured for the applications sold by her and hence, she had made a representation to the 1st respondent. Since no action has been taken on her representation, the petitioner is before this Court.

3.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the first respondent submitted that enquiry was conducted and pursuant to the same, the amount was also remitted.

4.The above said facts are supported by proceedings in Letter No.25650/B-1/2015, dated 04.04.2017 and copy of the demand drafts enclosed in the typed set of papers filed by the learned Government Advocate.

5.In such view of the matter, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition and hence the writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
