ORDER

Heard both sides.

2.The petitioner's mother had gifted a portion of the petition mentioned land in favour of the local body vide Document No.1109 of 2006 dated 24.08.2006.

3.The second respondent is directed to conduct survey and earmark the gifted portion. Road if laid in future shall come up only on the gifted portion. It shall not be laid on the patta land of the petitioner. 2/4

4.This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
