Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2. The petitioner seeks implementation of the order dated 26.10.2018 passed by the second respondent.
3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents pointed out that this order was cancelled as early as on 04.12.2018 by the very same authority. Therefore, nothing survives for further consideration. If the petitioner is aggrieved, she has to file only a fresh writ petition.
4. With this liberty to the petitioner and leaving all her contentions open, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
