O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by G.R.SWAMINATHAN, J.) The writ petitioner is aggrieved by the encroachment allegedly committed by the fourth respondent herein in Survey Nos.699/2, 752, 753/2 and.754/3, situated at Manoor Taluk, Tirunelveli District.

2.The petitioner given a representation dated 29.08.2016 to authorities. No action was taken. Hence this Writ Petition has been filed.

3.We direct the third respondent to initiate action in accordance with law on the petitioner's representation dated 29.08.2016 and pass removal of the encroachments if any after complying with due process of law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. It is needless to add that notice must be issued by third respondent to fourth respondent herein before passing final order. 4.The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above observation. No costs.
