ORDER

This Writ Petition filed to directing the 1 to 5 Respondents to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 19.06.2023 with regard to ex-communication of the petitioner's community people 2/6

from worshiping the deity of Arulmigu Sri Bagavathi Amman Thirukkoil by the 6th to 12th Respondents and their community peoples as expeditiously as possible within the time stipulation as prescribed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 5.

3. Within the sub sort of the same community people, trouble exist over the collection of tax.

4. The second respondent is present before this Court and stated that with regard to worship, there is no trouble exist between the people, but only with regard to collection of tax, the issue exist.

5. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that Peace Committee Meeting is scheduled to be held today and resolution will be adopted today itself.

6. Recording the submission made by the second respondent and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, since the Peace Committee Meeting is scheduled to be held today, depending upon the outcome of the resolution to be adopted in the above said the meeting, further action may be taken either by the petitioner or by the competent authority.

7. With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
