Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to survey the petitioner's land situated in S.No.126/1 situated in Melaiyur Village, Thiruvidaimaruthur Taluk, Thanjavur by considering the Petitioner's representation dated 27.6.2016.

ORDER

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking a direction to the respondents to survey his land situated in S.No.126/1 situated in Melaiyur Village, Thiruvidaimaruthur Taluk, Thanjavur, by considering his representation dated 27.6.2016.

2. According to the petitioner, on 09.03.2010, he filed an application before the third respondent herein/Tahsildar, Thiruvidaimaruthur Taluk, Thanjavur District, to survey his land and he has also paid necessary fee. Despite the same, the third respondent has not made any arrangements to survey his land. Hence, he has come forward with this writ petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.Heard both sides.

4.Considering the grievance of the petitioner, the third respondent/Tahsildar, Thiruvidaimaruthur Taluk, Thanjavur District is directed to survey the petitioner's land in Sy.No.126/1, situated in Melaiyur Village, Thiruvidaimaruthur Taluk, Thanjavur, as per revenue records and fix the boundary. The said exercise shall be done by the third respondent within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
