ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners are in judicial custody since 30.07.2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 302 and 397 of IPC Crime No.346 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police. They seek bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that on 21.07.2018 there was wordy quarrel between A1 and the deceased and A1 along with other accused person have done to death the deceased person. The motive behind the incident was that the deceased person had made some anonymous calls to the wife of A1 and therefore A1 was enraged by the conduct of the deceased.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners were arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 30.07.2018. He would further submit that no specific overt act has been ascribed as against these petitioners. He would also submit that A1 to A4 have already been granted bail by this Court. Hence, he prays for grant of bail to the petitioners.
5. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioners were also present in the scene of occurrence and they had helped A1 in committing the murder of the deceased person. He would further submit that investigation is almost completed in this case.

6. Taking into consideration , the above facts and circumstances and also considering the period of incarceration of the petitioners and that the investigation is almost completed in this case,this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail subject to the following conditions:
(i) the petitioners shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial MagistrateNo.II, Trichy (ii)the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. sd/- 05/10/2018 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
