ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner/A2, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody since 25.07.2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 379 of IPC in crime No.525 of 2017, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that on 11.12.2017, two unknown persons have snatched 2 3⁄4 sovereigns of gold chain from the defacto complainant and ran away from the place of occurrence. Hence, the complaint.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an innocent person and he is no way connected with the crime and he is incarceration from 25.07.2018. He would further contend that only on the basis of the confession statement of A2, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ this petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that there are four previous cases as against the petitioner that too involved in serious offence. 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the previous cases as against the petitioner involved in similar nature, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6.Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
