(MD).No.8538/2022 dt 05.05.2022 and thus render justice. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.VIJAY NIVAS.SP, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in CRL.O.P.(MD)No.8538 of 2022 on 05.05.2022. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and investigation is pending.

4.Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this court in CRL.O.P.(MD)No.8538 of 2022 on 05.05.2022 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in three months at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
