The above Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking orders to call for the entire case records in S.T.C.No.60 of 2019, pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court at Magisterial Level, Karur and quash the same.

The respondent has filed a private complaint under Section 200 of Cr.P.C., against the petitioner and one another for the alleged offence under Sections 138 r/w 142 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, (Fast Track Court at Magisterial Level), Karur. 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the matter was already settled between the parties, and on that basis, the case in S.T.C.No.60 of 2019 was ordered to be dismissed as withdrawn and as such, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
