Crl.O.P(MD) No.13576 of 2022 ORDER : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.MARIAPPAN.G, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- Notice to the respondents returnable by four weeks. Private notice is also permitted.

2. There shall be an order of interim stay of all further proceedings in D.V.C.No.5 of 2022 pending on the file of the Additional Mahila Court (Magistrate level), Sivagangai.

3.
