Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SANKARAMARAKURUPARA.K.P, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.MP(MD) No.6413 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.4879 of 2022 on 20.06.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly and investigation is not completed.

CRL MP(MD) No.8883 of 2022 4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.MP(MD) No.6413 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.4879 of 2022 on 20.06.2022 is relaxed and the petitioners shall appear before the concerned Court on receipt of summons.
