ORDER

This criminal original petition is filed to direct the first respondent to direct the second respondent to complete the investigation of the case in Crime No.184 of 2016 on the file of the second respondent within the stipulated time and to file the final report within the period stipulated by this Court.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, the second respondent registered a case in Crime No.184 of 2016 for the offence under Sections 147,447,294(b),336,354 and 506(i)of IPC., but final report has not been filed. He further submitted that the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ramanathapuram closed the F.I.R. in Crime No.184 of 2016 on 16.07.2020 as if it is barred by limitation. 2/4
