PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No.489 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A1, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 09.07.2022 for the offences punishable under Sections 8 (c), 22(c), 25 and 29(1) of NDPS Act, 1985 in Crime No.489 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that on 09.07.2022 at about 08.30 a.m., by following secret information given by the police informant, the respondent police came to Karur Vanjiamman Kovil near Amaravath River bed and arrested the petitioner and A2 and seized the contraband from them. Hence, the case.

4.It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the respondent police, after completion of investigation, filed the final report and the same has been taken cognizance in C.C.No.167 of 2023 on the file of the Special Court for NDPS Act Cases, Pudukottai in C.C.No.167 of 2023.

5.It is seen that this is the fourth application for bail and the petitioner's earlier applications were dismissed by this Court and there is no change in circumstances of the case to consider the present bail petition even after dismissal of the earlier petitions, hence this court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. 6.Hence the petition stands dismissed.
