ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent to expedite the investigation in Crime No.13 of 2014 and to file a final report.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent would submit that this court has quashed the proceedings insofar as three accused persons are concerned. Insofar as the remaining two accused persons, the respondent police after investigation have filed a closure report before the learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Satthankulam.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the respondent has not served the RCS notice. 4.The learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) has furnished a copy of the closure report to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

5.In view of the above, liberty is granted to the petitioner to move the court below by filing a protest petition and work out her remedy in accordance with law.
