No.104 of 2021, dated 02.08.2021 on the file of the second respondent herein and quash the same and direct the respondents to produce the detenu or body of the detenu namely Muthukumar, aged about 28 years, S/o.Rooban, now detained at the Central Prison, Palayamkottai, before this Court and set him at liberty forthwith.

Today when the matter was taken up, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that as per G.O.Rt.No.5008, Home, Prohibition and Excise (XII) Department, dated 28.10.2021, the detention order has been revoked.

2. In view of the same, nothing survives in this Habeas Corpus Petition and therefore this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
