ORDER

The writ petition has been filed in the nature of mandamus seeking a direction to the respondent to survey and grant patta to the petitioner for agricultural land measuring 85 cents in Survey No.35/2A, Pudupalayam Village, Rajapalayam Taluk, Virudhunagar District.

2. Even before entering into any detailed discussion on the nature of right of the petitioner to seek survey and to grant patta, the learned Special Government Pleader had pointed out the proceedings wherein the respondent had rejected the application given by the petitioner as early as on 22.09.2022. They had very specifically stated that the petitioner has not produced any documents to substantiate the right which the petitioner claims over the property. The petitioner will have to question this particular rejection in the manner known to law.
