ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed seeking to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to conduct proper enquiry and to investigate the same in accordance with law, on the basis of petitioners complaint dated 13.05.2026, within a stipulated time frame fixed by this Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he had lodged a complaint on 15.09.2024 against the proposed accused persons who have borrowed a total amount of Rs.4,00,000/- on various dates in installments and he had failed to return the same as promised in the month of June 2025, except returning Rs.1,00,000/-. In this regard, the petitioner had made a detailed representation on 13.05.2026. The same is not considered. Hence this petition.

3. The learned Government Advocate submitted that the petitioner's representation is received and enquiry is pending. 2/4

4. Heard either sides and carefully perused the materials available on record.

5. In view of the submissions made by either sides, this Court hereby directs the third respondent police to conclude the enquiry as expeditiously as possible within a period of 4 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
