To modify the condition to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Learned Judicial Magistrate, Sankarankovil, Tirunelveli District instead of signing before the respondent police in Crl.OP(MD)No.5690 of 2019 dated 22.04.2019 ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.MP(MD)No.5057/2019 in Crl.OP(MD)No.5690/2019 dated 13.06.2019

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl.MP(MD)No.5057/2019 in Crl.OP(MD)No.5690/2019 dated 13.06.2019_ regularly, and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly and there is no complaint of the petitioner tampering with the witnesses, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.MP(MD)No.5057/2019 in Crl.OP(MD)No.5690/2019 dated 13.06.2019 is relaxed.
