ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.MP(MD)No.5059/2019 in Crl.OP(MD)No.4841/2019 dated 13.06.2019

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl.MP(MD)No.5059/2019 in Crl.OP(MD)No.4841/2019 dated 13.06.2019 regularly, and they pray for relaxation of the said condition.

Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly and there is no complaint of the petitioners tampering with the witnesses, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.MP(MD)No.5059/2019 in Crl.OP(MD)No.4841/2019 dated 13.06.2019 is relaxed.
