ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners/A3 and A4 apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 379 (sand) of I.P.C. in crime No.48 of 2018, seek anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that on secret information, when the defacto complainant along with his subordinate went to Mavadi, near river bank regarding sand theft, they found a Nissan Tipper vehicle was loaded 1⁄4 unit of sand worth about Rs.1000/- and since the accused persons were taking the sand without valid permission, complaint has been registered.

3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners. 4.The learned Government Advocate (criminal side) submitted that the accused are habitual offenders and there are three previous cases against the first petitioner and five previous cases against the second petitioner and the investigation is going on. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
