O R D E R

The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the divorce petition filed by the husband in IDOP No.76 of 2020 on the file of the Principal District Court, Pudukkottai, has now been transferred to the file of the Family Court, Pudukkottai and renumbered as IDOP No.12 of 2021 and he may be permitted to withdraw this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition with a liberty to file a fresh application.

2.In view of the above submission, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh application. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
