ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to take action on the petitioner's representation dated 25.08.2021.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on the basis of the petitioner's complaint through online, enquiry was undertaken in CSR No.84 of 2021 and closed on 12.09.2021 and a closure report was also circulated. However, the petitioner has not received the report stating that it has been closed without even enquiry. 3.In view of the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the grievances the petitioner has been redressed.
