ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 3(1), 4 (1), 5(1)(a) of IT (P) Act, 1956, in Crime No.167 of 2018, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioners are having four previous in similar nature of offence.

3.Taking note of the previous antecedents of the petitioners, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
