ORDER

This petition is filed seeking direction to the 3rd respondent not to interfere in the civil dispute that is pending between the petitioner and the 4th respondent herein.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner and the 4th respondent herein are the 1/3

brothers and in respect of money transaction, dispute is pending between them and they are trying to settle the matter by way of mediation.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that no compliant has been received so far from the 4th respondent. 4.Since no complaint or no enquiry is pending against this petitioner, this petition has been filed at a premature stage. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to workout his remedy before the appropriate Court through appropriate proceedings, if any complaint is received by the official respondents against him in future.

5.With the aforesaid liberty, this petition is disposed of.
