The grievance of the petitioner is that as per the order of the first respondent, dated 20.11.2015, the benefits are not given to him. Hence, he has filed this Writ Petition seeking for a direction to the third respondent private school to consider his representation, dated 22.12.2015 and implement the order of the first respondent in Na.Ka.No.1863/A1/2015, dated 20.11.2015.

2. Today, the learned counsel for the third respondent has submitted that a detailed reply is sent to the representation of the petitioner, dated 22.12.2015 and the Writ Petition could be disposed of recording the aforesaid fact with liberty to the petitioner to question the same, in the manner known to law, if he https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

is aggrieved. The said reply sent by the school to the representation is placed before this Court.

3. In these circumstances, the Writ Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to question the reply given by the third respondent, if he is aggrieved over the same. No Costs.
