2. Learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 & 2 in C.M.P. (MD) No.9251 of 2025 and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 & 6 in C.M.P.(MD) No.9255 of 2025 have not raised any serious objection for allowing these civil miscellaneous petitions.
3. Though the respondents 3, 6 to 10, 12 to 20 in C.M.P.(MD) No. 9251 of 2025 and the respondents 5, 7, 10 to 14, 17 to 20, 22, 25 to 28 in C.M.P.(MD) No.9255 of 2025 have been served with notice and their names have been printed in the cause list, they have not entered appearance either in person or through their counsel.
4. Since there is no objection on the part of the respondents 1 & 2 in C.M.P.(MD) No.9251 of 2025 and the respondents 1 to 4 & 6 in C.M.P.(MD) No.9255 of 2025 for allowing these civil miscellaneous petitions, these civil miscellaneous petitions are allowed and the delay of 67 days in filing the above writ appeals is condoned.
